📌 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placement, provided it hasn’t been dispatched.

To cancel, email care@thechaiwalaco.com with your order number.


🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the wrong items were delivered, email us at care@thechaiwalaco.com within 48 hours of receipt.

We’ll arrange a pickup and dispatch a replacement or issue a store credit.


↩️ Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns on opened tea packs due to hygienic reasons.

For damaged or incorrect items, we will issue a full refund or store credit.

Duplicate payments will be refunded to the original payment mode within 7–10 business days.
